Kyoto
Less crowds, more authentic...and the winner of favourite country of all times is.... Japan
The fourth day we got the bullet train (a typical 8 hours journey, in 2 hours and 20 minutes !!!) which took us in Kyoto.
Kyoto is the second largest city but much easier to explore than Tokyo. In 3 days we can say that we have visited most of the interesting things and got a good idea about the everyday life.
From Kyoto we are flying to China (Shanghai). We left the 2 largest countries of the world for the end of our trip (the other one is India) where there are as many things to visit and see as the rest of the world put together.
The best gastronomically challenges are yet to come but we feel strong and who dares wins (and who wins gets first call to the toilet)...
