Split

The second part of our Croatian adventure took us to Split. Split is a fairly touristic city with a rich history and a laid-back vibe. We discovered some fantastic restaurants, and a particular highlight was stumbling upon a new wine that we absolutely loved—Malvazija.

The old city is fascinating, though it does feel a bit over-commercialized. However, since tourism is a big part of Split’s economy, it’s understandable. We didn’t plan an extensive itinerary, so there’s not much to detail here. Instead, I’ll let the pictures tell the story of our time in Split.
