Tokyo
Second day starts with a good traditional Japanese breakfast (various pickled veg, rice, miso soup, and little seaweed sheets so you can pick & wrap all the above and dip them in a sauce before you eat them).
Then we walk around town towards a very interesting and unique kite museum and after that we visited a tobacco museum learning all the traditional ways from a nation that smokes more than Greeks !!!. Next stop, the Science museum but first we took some time at a local food market for a lunch break.
In the afternoon we visited the more western version of Tokyo, a shopping centre which you would easily think you got transported in Rome (this is where locals get their European fix) and we had dim sum style dinner. The day ended in an arcade room (coin-op) with far too many games and vending machines. The monorail back to the hotel gave us a nice view of Tokyo by night…
