Isle Of Wight

Isle of Wight is known as a holiday destination and a music festival venue in the oder days. This is not why we decided to go there. My brother is visiting from Greece and back there is owns a production of black garlic. Well, the island has the biggest garlic farm in the UK and this is why we are visiting.

The Isle of Wight is known as a holiday destination and its famous music festival. However, our visit had a rather unique purpose… My brother, who was visiting from Greece, runs a black garlic production business back home and knowing that the Isle of Wight is home to the largest garlic farm in the UK, we couldn't resist the opportunity to explore it together.

The farm is a garlic lover's paradise. They offer garlic in every conceivable form—raw, cooked, powdered, fresh, and even cured. We even got to try some unusual garlic products like garlic beer! It was fascinating to see the various ways garlic can be prepared and consumed, and the visit was both informative and delicious.
